ChimpFit is a brand-new powerlifting coaching practice. Small first roster, real attention to every lifter, honest about what I can and can't promise this early in. If you want a coach who treats your training like it matters — even before there's a long client list — this is that.

Why I'm coaching.

I started lifting seriously and quickly realized how much of the information online is generic, recycled, or written for somebody else's body. I'd watch friends and gym mates plateau on programs that weren't built for them — and I'd watch high-school athletes get handed PDFs by people who had never actually programmed a lift in their life.

I'm coaching because I think the people doing the work deserve a real plan and real feedback. Not a copy-paste template. Not a sales funnel.

What I focus on.

Powerlifting — squat, bench, deadlift — for adults and high-school athletes who want to get strong. That's the whole focus. I don't program for bodybuilding splits, I don't write nutrition plans I'm not qualified to write, and I don't sell quick fixes.

What you get is a custom program written for you, weekly check-ins to see what actually happened in the gym, and video form reviews when you need them.

Where this goes.

I'm intentionally taking on a small first cohort so the work is good. If we're a fit, you get my full attention. If we're not, I'll tell you — and probably point you toward someone better suited.

The roster will grow as I have testimonials from real clients to point to. Until then, the bet is on the work itself.
